This afternoon I realized that maybe my parenting isn't going as well as I had hoped.
My 7 year old informed me she would rather watch "Smurfs and the Magic Flute" over "The Lion King."
Where did I go wrong? Even if you don't like the Lion King all that much, come on, Smurfs? Blech.
Of course showing up to my Dr's appointment on the wrong day didn't help my failure complex much either.
